BHI UK Returns Policy
BHI UK will accept and replace FOC returns for faulty products up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Products that are not faulty can be returned under the conditions as stated for each product category below:
Seat belts
Returns will be accepted for standard products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Non standard products, (or products that have been supplied with custom specifications), will only be accepted at the discretion of BHI UK. Credit issued exclude shipping costs and may incur a handling fee.
Hand-Rail Padding
Returns will be accepted for standard hand-rail padding products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that BHI UK cannot accept returns for “customised” hand-rail padding products. Credit issued exclude shipping costs and may incur a handling fee.
Fittings and Miscellaneous Products
Returns will be accepted at the discretion of BHI UK depending on the product and level of customisation.
